Terms of Service
Last updated July 8, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of fllcruiseporttaxi.com and any transfer booked through it. The service is operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA (“we”, “us”). By making a booking you accept these terms.
Bookings and quotes
Quotes shown in the booking form are fixed for the trip described: the stated pickup, drop-off, date, time, vehicle class, passenger count and luggage. Changing any of those elements may change the price. A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation with a booking reference.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including flight numbers, ship names, pickup addresses and contact information. Errors in these details that cause a failed pickup are treated as a no-show.
What the fare includes
Unless stated otherwise at booking, fares include the driver, fuel, tolls, airport parking and port access fees, meet and greet, flight tracking, and waiting time of 30 minutes at airport pickups (60 minutes for international arrivals) or 15 minutes at other addresses. Waiting beyond the included allowance may incur additional charges at the rates shown during booking.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free. Cancellations between 24 and 3 hours before pickup incur a 30% fee. Cancellations within 3 hours, and no-shows, incur a 50% fee plus any parking or waiting costs already incurred. Schedule changes requested before the cancellation windows are made free of charge where availability allows.
Delays and timing advice
We track flights and monitor ship arrivals, and we adjust pickups within reasonable operational limits at no charge. Timing suggestions we provide (for example, when to leave for a sailing or which flight is realistic after debarkation) are good-faith advice based on experience, not guarantees. You remain responsible for choosing departure times that satisfy your cruise line’s and airline’s requirements.
Passenger conduct and safety
Seat belts must be worn at all times. Child restraints are required for children through age five under Florida law and must be requested at booking. Drivers may refuse or terminate a ride, without refund, for unsafe, unlawful or abusive behavior, or for open alcohol containers in standard vehicles. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle.
Luggage
Vehicle capacity listings on this site are honest maximums for full-size cases. We may refuse luggage that exceeds the booked vehicle’s safe capacity. Oversized items such as mobility scooters or golf clubs are welcome when declared at booking.
Liability
Our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the price paid for that booking, except where the law does not permit such a limit. We are not liable for consequential losses such as missed sailings or flights caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme traffic incidents, weather, port closures or instructions from authorities.
Payment
Payment is taken by card at booking through our payment processor. Any additional charges permitted under these terms (waiting time beyond the allowance, route changes requested mid-trip) are charged to the same card and itemized by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
